If you didn’t play Ghost of Tsushima for the PlayStation you missed out on one of the best games I have ever played. It was fantastic and the expansion for online play was great. Released July 17, 2020 you were not going to find a more perfect game in my opinion. I did a 100% completion on this game and didn’t even feel like it was a grind.
So you can understand why I need more of this in my veins and the studio Sucker Punch is delivering with a Ghost of Tsushima Directors cut that’s going to have an expansion as well called Iki Island. It has our hero Jin venturing away from Tsushima to fight another mysterious Mongol threat. Set to be released August 20, 2021 I am instant buying this. That’s how much fun I had with the other game and how much faith I have in Sucker Punch.
This release will be on PS4 and PS5 with the original game, all add-ons, and the expansion. And for us 100% completionists, more trophies. All of your saved data will transfer over so don’t worry about that guys but if you haven’t played the game you will have to play through the original content to get to the expansion, I ‘m sorry, I meant to say you get to play through the original content. The game will retail $69.99 on PS5, $59.99 for PS4 but just getting the expansion digitally will cost you $9.99 on PS4 and $29.99 on PS5. Thanks Sucker Punch, now give me this game!
