The next installment of Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe releases in theaters September 3rd. I mean hopefully, you get why I say that. But while it may be months away still we have a featurette, trailer, and a new poster for the film
Can’t wait to see this as this movie is looking more and more amazing. Shang Chi would seem an unusual addition to the MCU I mean if the comics are any indicator. In the comics the character hasn’t really been a part of any team and some would say he’s a bit obscure. He has appeared in Heroes for Hire and a few other teams but not really any on the main teams in Marvel. Still he is one of the best fighters in Marvel surpassing the best of Marvel’s hand to hand combatants like Wolverine, Iron Fist, Captain America and Spider-Man.
Shang-Chi will star Simu Liu as the title character with Awkwafina as Katy, Tony Leung as Wenwu, Michelle Yeoh as Jiang Nan, and Meng’er Zhang as Xialing.
