Boy Disney was not playing when they said they would use the licenses they bought up. There’s a new Hellraiser in town nerds and to put it tactfully, this one looks scary as hell. Check out the trailer for Hellraiser coming to Hulu October 7th, 2022.
To say the Hellraiser series dropped off is putting it lightly. I’m not sure when was the last time I enjoyed one was probably the third one. Even looking at the list of sequels in the franchise I know there’s quite a few I haven’t even seen nor known of their existence. But that’s about to change when an all new movie based off the novel by Clive Barker makes it way to Hulu. A description is as follows.
“A young woman struggling with addiction comes into possession of an ancient puzzle box, unaware that its purpose is to summon the Cenobites, a group of sadistic supernatural beings from another dimension.”
Yes, there have been some changes as in the role of Pinhead will be actor Jaime Clayton. Actor Adessa A’zion will play the character Riley joined by Brandon Flynn, Adam Faison, Selina Lo will also star in unknown roles. The film will be directed by David Bruckner with a script written by Luke Piotrowski and Ben Collins. David Goyer and Clive Barker will produce. Look for Hell raiser to kick off the spooky season October 7th, 2022 on Hulu.
