And we have the final trailer for Marvel’s Eternals set to release November 5, 2021. I’ve got some words about it after the trailer.
Jack Kirby originally debuted the Eternals back in 1976 and to their appearances in Marvel Comics has been sporadic to say the least. If you look back on the characters history there’s been a lot of start stop with series never lasting for more than a year. So admittedly I was confused as hell when they even announced this was going to be a movie. It was just one of those, oh okay, shrug my shoulders and move on. But then I saw the casting for this film and it is star studded to say the least. But then I have to look at this story. So they’ve been here for years and did nothing. You can’t turn me off a group of heroes faster than to tell me something like that. I know I’m getting very opinionated but I’m trying hard to care. However, we’ll see once the movie releases because you’ll find a review over here.
Starring in Eternals will be Gemma Chan as Sersi, Salma Hayek as Ajak, Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Barry Keoghan as Druig, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, and Angelina Jolie as Thena. It is directed by Chloé Zhao and will be released November 5th, 2021.
