I’m not going to SDCC this year and while I’m missing the events one in particular, I love. Now I’m not a man with too much culture and if you’ve read any of my articles you’ve already figured that out. But if you’re going to SDCC go check out the Her Universe Fashion Show. I’ve never attended a fashion show but 3 years ago Kat, Kas and I went to this one with our friend Kevin the Director and I had a blast. Hosted by the founder of her Universe the amazing Ashley Eckstein and Broadway performing artist James Scott they do an amazing job on the hosting duties, also the fact they are longtime friends helps with energy and chemistry. And spinning tracks for the show is the amazing DJ Amanda Jones. This combination provides an energy that’ll have you moving in your seats before the show even begins. But while I can’t attend the show that does not mean you can’t.
This year the 12th annual Her Universe Fashion Show takes place in the Seaport Ballroom at the Manchester Grand Hyatt at 6 p.m. Now if you want to attend I recommend getting a wristband when they are distributed at 10 a.m. that day in the foyer of the Seaport Ballroom. Along with this we have the contestants announced for the show.
