Hasbro just announced a new figure for their Dungeons and Dragons Golden Collection and it’s none other than legendary character Drizzt Do’Urden in celebration of his 35th anniversary. This figure will also be a partnership with the creator of the figure R.A. Salvatore. Now we did previously get this figure in a deluxe version that came with a lot of accessories. This one is a bit scaled down but comes with a gem, a sword effect piece to slide over one of his two blades Twinkle and Icingdeath. He also has a removable cloak and scabbards to store the scimitars.
Now the previous version Hasbro released made my top ten for figures of the year. So the bar is set pretty high here. I also hope there’s some compatibility with he interchangeable heads of the previous figure. I was honestly hoping to get more figures from Forgotten Realms and while it’s a character we’ve already had I’m still getting it. Drizzt can be preordered right now at Hasbro Pulse here.
